We tasted dozens of roasters when we opened our first Black & White and nothing matched the clarity, sweetness and consistency of Single O’s offering. Whether it’s a bright filter or a milk-based coffee, their beans just sing in the cup. We’re proud to pour their Reservoir blend as our house espresso every single day — it’s the perfect all-rounder that keeps our regulars coming back and still surprises first-timers.

SINGLE o - BATCH BREW
Our rotating batch brewer is where Single O’s single-origin lots really shine. Expect anything from washed Ethiopians with jasmine and stone-fruit to anaerobic Colombians packing tropical punch. Brewed fresh every couple of hours on the Moccamaster, it’s clean, complex and the ultimate low-intervention coffee experience.
OUR RESERVOIR BLEND
Reservoir is the beating heart of our espresso bars. A combination of Kenyan and Tanzanian beans, it delivers chocolate, caramel and red-apple sweetness with a syrupy body that stands up beautifully in milk yet remains balanced and moreish as a straight shot.
SUSTAINABILITY & ETHICS
Single O pays well above Fairtrade prices on every lot and has maintained direct relationships with the same producers for over a decade. They’re carbon-neutral, use 100% compostable packaging for retail bags, and their Reservoir Road roastery remains the heartbeat of the operation running off 100% Greenpower.
Single O are stoked to have formalised and benchmarked their commitment to social and climate causes by being B Corp certified. As they grow, the B Corp certification will act as a benchmark for improvement and a tool for accountability as they continue to fight for No Death to Coffee. The perfect partner for our café.
