When we decided to level-up our breakfast and lunch game, we went straight to LP’s Quality Meats in Marrickville.

Luke Powell and his team produce small-batch, house-made sausages and charcuterie using pasture-raised NSW and Victorian pork, dry-aged beef and ethical producers only.

Their 12 hours signature smoked brisket is now the star of our Spicy Reuben sandwich, and their smoked bacon has ruined all other bacon for our customers (and staff). Everything is made in-house with no fillers, nitrates kept to an absolute minimum, and flavour turned up to eleven.

Our Spicy Reuben Sandwich features LP’s legendary 12 hour smoked brisket — juicy, smoked to perfection and oozing with flavour. It’s the reason people line up on weekends.

THE BIG BREAKFAST

Thick-cut, LP’s smoky is the star in this dish, alongside streaky bacon, eggs your way, mushrooms, toasted tomatoes and our signature potato gems. Once you’ve had LP’s chorizo, supermarket stuff just tastes like sadness.
