Quite simply, Butter Boy makes the best cookies in Sydney — full stop.
Handmade in small batches in Marrickville, every cookie is browned, chewy in the middle, crisp on the edges and loaded with high-grade chocolate. We wanted a sweet treat that could sit proudly next to our coffee program, something indulgent but not overly sweet, and Butter Boy nailed it.
Customers regularly tell us they come in just for the cookies (and then stay for a second coffee). From the classic Choc Chip to seasonal specials like miso caramel or lamington, they’re addictive in the best possible way.
EVERYDAY CLASSICS
Our counter is never without the OG Choc Chip, Nutella Choc Chip, Salted Caramel and White Chocolate and Snicker Doodle. They’re the cookies that fly out the door from 7 am till sell-out.
MONTHLY SPECIALS
Butter Boy drops a new limited cookie every month and we get first dibs. Past hits: Tim Tam–inspired, fairy bread, custard tart, or the gingerbread around christmas — always ridiculous, always delicious.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
As a local business Butter Boy supports the Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation, setting a target to raise $1,000,000 for the foundation. They are already 4% on the way to hitting this target which is a superb achievement. If you wish to donate click here.
