This is right by the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia. We are a little over 1km from Sydney CBD / Sydney Tower and should take about 10-15m walk depending on your pace

To catch the train from Sydney CBD / Sydney tower you can walk to St James Station (6m walk). You can then hop on the T2 train for a 3m train ride to Circular Quay train station. We are then about a 4m walk from Circular train station.

To catch the light rail from Sydney CBD / Sydney Tower you walk about 2m to the Queen Victoria Building. From there you hop the L3 to Circular Quay which is 3 stops and a 6m ride. From Circular Quay we are about a 3m walk.
